Ok, so to say I've been away awhile would be a ginormous understatement. I fell off the planet, got in my space shuttle and just got back. ...But while away, I picked up quite a bit of weight. Weight that I am desperate to lose.
I know that I am capable, but I figured documenting my journey would be one more way to keep this task in the forefront.... as well as just being plain therapeutic for a self proclaimed binge eater like myself.
I am really excited to be back.... maybe i'll stick around this time.
