Day 5 of Fasting...

Ok, so i've been fasting for 5 days now...

Not your typical, no food fast. A healthy living fast. Two categories of food, Unlimited and Limited foods.

The unlimited foods are fruits, veggies and water.
The foods that are limited to 1 a day are, starchy veggies, a protein (veggie burgers, beans) and commercially prepared fruit juice.

I have been drinking way more water than I normally would and I take extra care to make sure that I eat EVERYTIME I feel hungry.

Gone are the days of starvation and binge eating, I'm finally trying to retrain my eating habits. With a little help from great friends, all is well.
